CITYJUNG sold the commercial building Waisenhausstrasse 8/Prager Strasse, Dresden, which is situated in the best part of high street Prager Strasse, to an institutional investor as part of an asset deal. The seller is Glare Nominee Limited, an Irish fund.
The building, constructed in 1998, comprises approx. 1,800 m² of retail space occupied by well-known retail stores and approx. 2,450 m² of office space.
