• Brokerage of retail space
• Sale of retail properties
• Acquisition of clients/properties
• Comprehensive advice to clients during the entire letting process
• Independent development of rental concepts
• Preparation of detailed offering concepts/exposés
• Organization and conduct of viewings
• Independent conduct of contract negotiations
• You are responsible for correct network and database maintenance
Your profile
• As an experienced real estate expert, you have several years of marketing experience and your own regional network
• Good local and market knowledge
• Strong acquisition and negotiation skills & pleasure in providing professional advice to owners and interested parties
• In addition to excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, ambition, perseverance, and determination, you stand out for your entrepreneurial sense
• Your profile is rounded off by very good written and spoken German and English skills, good manners, and a high service orientation. You combine a well-groomed, cultivated, and confident appearance with an authentic personality when dealing with demanding customers
• Commercial education and/or university degree in a business administration or technical field, ideally with a focus on the real estate industry
